5 Ways To Get Rid Of Congested Chest Naturally

1. Take 5 tbsp olive oil add 1 tbs eucalyptus oil. Mix well. Rub this on the chest gently and take a hot shower after it. 

2. Milk and Turmeric - 
Take a cup of milk. Add 1/4 tsp of tumeric and bring to boil. Drink this milk hot at bed time. 

3. Masala Tea or Tea with Herbs. 
Take 5 leaves of holy basil (tulsi), 3 leaves of mint, 2 cardamoms, 1 clove, 3 - 4 black peppercorns and 1/2 inch of ginger. Boil this in the regular english breakfast tea. Have it twice a day. 

4. Licorice 
Licorice is a natural expectorant. Take an inch of licorice and boil it in water for 5 minutes. Drink this warm 2 - 3 times a day.
